Few tips to relax -
How to take care of your eyes-
Take breaks after every half hour
Use your palms to cover your eyes.
Exercise to take care of your health-
Do exercise for half an hour in morning.
Do aerobics.
i.e.yoga
Breathing exercises.
You can do PARANAYAM.
And other Yogasanas.
For atleast 20-30 mins.
This will help you to concentrate and develop your personality.
